My issue is that Outlook 2013 isn't picking up new IMAP mail as it arrives. Sometimes it takes days before Outlook picks up the mail, and then only if I keep Outlook open for that period of time. I think the issue I have having has something to do with Outlook 2013 not having that 'push mail' functionality that was subject to a patent dispute, but that functionality is present in versions of Outlook before 2013.
