If you must insert copied text, use the Paste and Match Style command instead of the regular Paste command. • If you quote an HTML message, don't edit the quoted text, or break it up by inserting your own lines in between quoted lines. • The fewer fancy things you do, the less likely they are to go wrong. • To take the above further, when in doubt, turn off HTML and use plain ASCII.
